Marie Spitz, whose little girl, Pauline, is autistic and has a severe speech disorder, developed the concept of the “Talk Different” app. After graduating from a French-German Business school, she entered the world of work, but over fifteen years ago, when she discovered her daughter’s disability, she gave up her job and devoted most of her energy to the cause of disability…

After meeting entrepreneurs and company managers working in the world of industry, health or disability, and being told that the concept was brilliant, that there was a genuine need for this kind of application and an explicit demand from Health and Deficiency stakeholders, Marie Spitz decided to draft the application’s specs and kick-off development in 2013! Marie Spitz is also involved in various associations and global disability organizations. For the past ten years, Marie has been President (and Founding Member) of « Cap TED », a French non-profit association (under the law of 1901) for Autism Spectrum Disorders. This association brings together health professionals, families and patients affected by autisms with or without intellectual deficiency.
